Industrial Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time, 8-Hour shift Maintenace position located in Lebanon County. Core responsibilities include keeping equipment, machinery, and facilities in good working order. This position encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at preventing breakdowns, ensuring efficient operation, and maximizing the lifespan of assets within industrial settings. This includes everything from routine checks and preventative maintenance to emergency repairs and upgrades.

Training/Shadowing will take place on 1st shift for all new hires. Applicants be flexible, live within a 30-mile radius, and have reliable transportation. Pay: $24.00 - $30.00/hour depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance on large industrial ovens, conveyors, grinders, blasters and automated equipment.

- Repair, maintain and replace electric motors, reducers, bearings, belts, chains.

- Solve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems issues.

- Analyze and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints,

- sketches, and service manuals to perform required maintenance work.

- (Dis)assemble/install machines, sensors, equipment, etc.

- Operate forklift, Skidsteer, scissor lift and Backhoe.

- Weld and fabricate.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
