- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify potential problems before they lead to breakdowns.
- Lubricating equipment, cleaning machinery, and replacing worn-out parts.
- Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in industrial machinery and equipment.
- Using diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve issues.
- Replacing or repairing components, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Installing new equipment or modifying existing machinery to improve efficiency or functionality.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and other employees.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
