Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

- Repair or replace defective components using hand and power tools.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions.

- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with powered industrial trucks (PIT) or forklifts.

- Welding and fabrication experience.

Physical Requirements: Standing and walking 100% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
