Electrical Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an Industrial Generator Sales Professional to add to our team! The main objective of the Industrial Generator Sales Professional is to sell industrial power generation equipment (including generator sets, transfer switches, switchgear, etc.) and Preventive Maintenance contracts to end-users, engineers, electrical contractors, municipalities, government applications, etc.
Responsibilities
•Responsible for pursuing new project opportunities and closing sales
•Influences quote development
•Drives sales with targeted customer types in identified verticals, as well as identifies opportunities with existing accounts in assigned territory.
•Negotiates and closes deals which derive significant revenue and associated margins
•Understands the company's complete suite of products and services and identifies and hands-off cross-selling opportunities to other business verticals: DC power, hydroelectric, rental agreements, service contracts.
•Makes joint sales calls with appropriate technical/engineering sales resources - providing in-depth technical knowledge for the customer.
•Develops long-term relationships with customer decision makers and influencers at the electrical contractor, engineer and building owner levels.
•Maintains customer/project data in Customer Relationship Management software (CRM): Tracks active projects for weekly and monthly reporting, documenting of business development activity, and obstacles to success.
•Responsible for pursuing new project opportunities and closing sales
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
•Firm understanding of generators and/or industrial electrical.
•Proven passion and success in sales required.
•Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
•Possess a strong customer services focus with good verbal and written communication skills.
•Must possess a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•Proven competency in Microsoft Office.
•Must maintain a current, valid state driver’s license.
•MUST RESIDE WITHIN 90 MINUTES OF BOW, NH AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE NORTHEAST
