Hydrovac Operator

Helebo Trenching Inc. is currently seeking a qualified full-time Hydrovac Operator to join our team in Whitestown, Indiana.

THE PERKS OF JOINING US

This is a full-time excavation position offering a competitive hourly wage of $26 to $30, based on experience. The standard work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime is available as needed. Each workday begins at a central location, where employees report before traveling to the assigned job site or service area.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Hydrovac Operator, you will begin each day by reporting to a central location in Whitestown, IN, where you and your crew will prepare for the day's assignments. You will operate a hydrovac truck to perform excavation tasks, ensuring the equipment is used safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include operating the truck throughout the workday, dumping slurry at appropriate locations, and maintaining the cleanliness of the truck. You will also be expected to assist the crew on-site with general labor duties as needed.

Here's what you need:

- Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (no restrictions)

- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures

- Willing and able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)

At least 1 year of CDL driving experience is a plus. Openness to training on hydrovac operation and maintenance is also ideal!
