- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems using strong knowledge of fluid power formulas, schematics, and equipment drawings.
- Read and assemble equipment from prints and hydraulic schematics; diagnose and resolve hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure all components meet safe operating standards.
- Collaborate and cross-train with partner departments; communicate effectively in both field and shop environments.
- Uphold all safety standards, maintain a strong work ethic, and be available for 24-hour on-call field support when required.
- Meet physical and compliance requirements, including lifting 50 lbs., passing screenings, and holding a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in the hydraulic industry, oilfield preferred
- Hydraulic training or certification would be beneficial
- Graduate from vocational school, technical school, and/or associate's degree would be beneficial
