Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on hydraulic systems. This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing hydraulic components and systems to ensure efficiency and reliability. The Hydraulic Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet project specifications and client needs.

Responsibilities

•

Design and develop hydraulic systems and components using SolidWorks and other CAD software.

•

Create detailed schematics and drafts for hydraulic layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

•

Conduct simulations using tools like Simulink to analyze system performance under various conditions.

•

Collaborate with project managers to establish project schedules and milestones for timely delivery.

•

Utilize GD&T principles to ensure precision in design specifications.

•

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydraulic systems, employing mechanical knowledge and logic controllers as needed.

•

Prepare technical documentation, including reports and presentations, to communicate findings and recommendations.

Skills

•

Proficient in CNC machining processes and techniques.

•

Strong understanding of project scheduling methodologies.

•

Expertise in mechanical engineering principles related to hydraulic systems.

•

Experience with SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design.

•

Familiarity with drafting techniques for creating detailed schematics.

•

In-depth mechanical knowledge relevant to hydraulic applications.

•

Competence in GD&T for accurate specification of designs.

•

Ability to work with logic controllers for system integration and automation.
