Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role is essential for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems in residential setting
Duties
•
Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.
•
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
•
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
•
Perform equipment repairs and replacements as necessary.
•
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service operations.
•
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and system performance.
Skills
•
Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance of HVAC systems.
•
Energetic and drive for success
•
Ability to drive a van for field service operations.
•
Basic welding skills for repairs or modifications as needed.
•
Knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices.
•
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
•
Familiar with Selling HVAC solutions for home owners
•
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
•
Must pass drug, DMV and background clearance
