About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in both residential and light to heavy commercial systems. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, with minimal supervision from managers and thrives in a clean, non-smoking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY

- Deliver high-level service with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

- Work with dispatchers and service manager to execute service calls and complete jobs efficiently.

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and coworkers.

- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems.

- Good presentation skills with customers, not afraid to sell

Requirements:

- 8+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial).

- Strong troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

- Experience with boilers and chillers is a strong advantage.

- IAQ systems knowledge is a major plus.

- Candidate can operate efficiently with minimal supervision.

- Must pass a drug test, background check, and have a clean driving record.

- Applicable state licenses

- At time of hire you must already possess all necessary hand tools to complete 90% of service work
