Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our dedicated team in Northeast Minnesota. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing heating appliances, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating appliances

- Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper system functionality

- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

- Proficiency in HVAC design and refrigeration systems

- Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus

- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

- Certification or relevant training in HVAC/R is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
