HVAC Pipefitting Foreman

Position Summary

The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating industrial mechanical construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, compliance with safety regulations, and efficient project execution. This role involves overseeing field workers, managing job site operations, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to meet project objectives. The Foreman plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Essential Duties, Roles, Responsibilities & Procedures:

Qualifications & Experience:

+ OSHA 30 certification required. + Additional trade certifications in mechanical systems, welding, or pipefitting are a plus. + Must possess any licenses or certifications required by state or local regulations. + At least 2 years of supervisory or foreman experience preferred. + Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and welding. + Proficiency in using job site management tools and software for reporting.

+ Standing, walking, and working in outdoor construction environments for extended periods. + Frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing on ladders or scaffolding. + Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and mechanical equipment. + Personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times on-site.
