1. Work with HVAC equipment buyer to file and monitor vendor claimback rebate applications.
2. Work with HVAC equipment buyer and Information Systems to ensure all claimback calculation data remains current.
3. Assist in establishing vendor quotes and ensure proper vendor billing for associated jobs.
4. Assist in addressing damaged equipment reworking or attaining necessary vendor credits.
5. Assist in resolving warranty issues with customers providing necessary data and parts to participating vendor.
6. Assist in locating inventory for shipping either to company branch locations or direct to customers.
7. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers helping to identify needs, complete the order process and ensure timely shipping.
8. Assist in providing coverage for headquarters counter personnel should we experience very heavy volume or we are short due to sickness or vacation.
9. Participate in continuing education opportunities including internal training and certification programs.
