HVAC & Boiler Technician (Entry Level / Training Provided)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC & Boiler Technician to join our service team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to learn the trade and grow into a long-term career in the heating and cooling industry.

Duties

Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas boilers, furnaces, and HVAC systems

Perform basic service tasks, including cleaning burners, replacing filters, and checking system performance

Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues under supervision

Maintain accurate service reports and follow company safety protocols

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/indoor environments

Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

EPA certification or HVAC training is a plus
