What You’ll Do
•Update and maintain HSE platforms (ISNetWorld, Veriforce, Avetta, NCMS, TPS Alerts);
•Manage employee accounts in Tyndale to streamline uniform purchasing;
•Maintain and verify employee training records to ensure full compliance;
•Oversee SPL’s random drug screening program to ensure adherence and compliance;
•Manage Site Tracker hours in FieldFX to ensure ISNetWorld stays current;
•Coordinate timely shipment of HSE documents and materials to SPL facilities;
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
What Makes You a Great Fit
•High school diploma or equivalent;
•1+ year experience with HSE platforms like ISNetWorld, Veriforce, Avetta, or NCMS;
•Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and internet use;
•Strong written and verbal communication;
•Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills;
•Proactive team player with a “no task too small” attitude.
Your Schedule and The Fine Print
•Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
•Occasional overtime may be required to support business priorities and deadlines;
•Travel required as necessary for job responsibilities.
