HR Consultant for Private Estate (Part-Time)

Work Location:

Primarily based at the employer’s private residence in the Beverly Hills California; frequent travel required depending on the employer’s schedule.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part Time HR Consultant to provide dedicated support and training to the leadership of a private estate. In this unique role, you will work closely with the Estate Manager (Head of Household) to implement HR best practices and streamline people management for a team of 30+ domestic staff (including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and hospitality personnel).

This is an part-time position requiring 20+ hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
