We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Operations/Production Manager to join our team for the long term and help us continue to elevate our projects.

Job Description:

As the Operations/Production Manager for our bathroom remodeling division, you will oversee all aspects of our bathroom renovation projects from start to finish. This includes managing the production teams, ensuring the efficient execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and working closely with homeowners to ensure satisfaction. Your role will involve constant communication with project managers, field teams, and clients while driving the operational success of each remodeling job.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of bathroom remodeling projects, ensuring each job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Team Management: Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and project managers, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals, timelines, and client expectations.

- Homeowner Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the remodeling process, from initial consultation to final walk-through. Ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.

- Quality Control: Conduct site visits to ensure all work meets company standards for quality and craftsmanship, and resolve any issues on-site.

- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that the right materials and labor are available at each phase of the project.

- Scheduling & Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of all trades and subcontractors, coordinating all stages of the bathroom remodeling process (demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, finishing, etc.).

- Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management to continuously improve operational processes and enhance project efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Frequent Travel: Travel throughout the Bay Area to visit job sites, meet clients, and oversee project progress.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing bathroom remodeling or home improvement projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.

- Proven experience in overseeing remodeling projects for a company generating $5M-$10M in annual revenue.

- In-depth knowledge of bathroom remodeling processes, including plumbing, electrical, tiling, fixtures, and finishes.

- Strong track record in managing customer relationships, particularly homeowners, ensuring positive experiences throughout the project lifecycle.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in addressing unexpected issues during remodeling projects.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as the role requires frequent travel across the Bay Area.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.
