Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes effectively. Experience with different types of trucks, including dump trucks, tankers, and roll-off trucks, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

•

Drive various types of trucks, including delivery vehicles, dump trucks, tankers, and roll-off trucks.

•

Execute route driving to deliver goods to designated locations in a timely manner.

•

Load and unload cargo as needed while ensuring proper handling of materials.

•

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.

•

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

•

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.

•

Operate manual transmission vehicles as required.

•

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.

Experience

•

Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a clean driving record.

•

Familiarity with refrigerated trailers is a plus.

•

Experience with route driving and knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.

•

Ability to operate different types of trucks safely and efficiently.

•

Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance practices.

•

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $22.77 - $25.31 per hour
