Heavy Equipment Operators and Laborers

Overview:

We are seeking skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and vehicles to support our operations as well as understanding grade and elevations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including loaders, water trucks, dozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, motor graders and scrapers.

- Perform tasks such as digging, building, and transporting materials

- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is required

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred

- Ability to operate different types of heavy machinery effectively and safely

- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
