Heavy Equipment Operator

- Operate a 10-ton front loader to move and load sand into conveyor systems and hoppers.

- Maintain stockpiles and keep material flowing efficiently.

- Perform basic equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety issues.

- Assist with general site duties such as clearing areas, leveling material, and supporting production needs as directed.

- Follow all facility safety rules, traffic patterns, and communication protocols.

- Work effectively around other equipment, trucks, and active operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment (required).

- Ability to safely maneuver equipment in tight or high-activity areas.

- Understanding of basic equipment inspections and pre-use checks.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and dusty conditions.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions from supervisors.

- Must meet client site requirements (PPE, site orientation, drug/alcohol test, etc.).

Preferred (Not Required)

- Experience in aggregates, sand plants, mining, industrial yards, or similar environments.

- Familiarity with conveyor systems and material handling.
