Job Summary
The Field Superintendent plays a vital role within the construction management team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating essential on-site activities. · Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
· Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
· Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), internet navigation, task management software, Adobe applications, and communication tools such as Builders Trend.
· Knowledge Skills: Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
