Health, Security & Safety Manager

Atalco Gramercy, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, multi-faceted Security, Health, and Safety individual to join our team in Gramercy, Louisiana. The Security, Health & Safety Manager (SH&S) is responsible for the overall strategic and tactical SH&S plans, programs and initiatives for the facility partnering with plant management and employees to help Atalco Gramercy, LLC achieve its mission and goals while protecting people and ensuring regulatory compliance. Is a key resource and drives the safety, fire, industrial hygiene, training, and security elements. Works with and supports plant management in developing, implementing and monitoring the plant’s overall SH&S system and initiatives.

The successful candidate will foster an employee inclusive safety culture committed to achieving safety excellence and provide leadership and management to the SH&S staff.  The position supervises two direct reports.
