We are expanding and we seek a Safety Administrator to join our team. We seek someone enthusiastic, who is organized, bilingual, great with Microsoft Office with attention to details. If this sounds like you, apply today and join our team.

The successful candidate is required to speak and be able to write in both English and French.

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative services to the health and safety team.

· The general administrative services include filing, data entry, typing, writing, translating (safety documents), collecting new employee information, creating new employee files, onboarding new employees, scheduling /administering training, processing, and filling training documents.

· Assist the Health and Safety Director to make improvements and implement required changes.

· Assist the Health and Safety Director to liaise with external agencies in relation to health and safety matters.

· Reporting (content and format as agreed) monthly or as otherwise required.

· Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.

· Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, and clients/customers.

· Participate on special projects.

General requirements/Qualifications

· 1-3 years of office experience.

· Ability to speak and write in both English and French.

· Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Basic project management skills.

· Strong computer skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Teams).
