A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Head of Commissioning & Engineering Team 1 in GCO (Global Customer Operations), you will develop and implement strategic plans for the Engineering & Commissioning, aligning them with overall business objectives. You will lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of engineers and managers, ensuring alignment to engineering standards and best practices while overseeing the development and implementation of solutions in one of more of the industry verticals - Process Industries, Oil Gas and Chemicals and Maritime. Additionally, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams globally in other regions and build strong relationships with key partners to ensure seamless project execution and commissioning for projects in support of the global business.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities. This role may be based in Houston, TX or Alpharetta, GA and will require relocation. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits, including paid time off and holiday pay. For positions based in the United States, the base salary range is $175,000 to $225,000 annually, and the annual incentive target is from 15% to 20% of the base salary.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
