EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide appropriate work clothes and safety shoes kept in a clean and neat manner.
Provide proper hair restraints and keep well-groomed, clean-shaven (neatly trimmed mustache and beard accepted) in a manner that meets State of Alaska Health Codes and Chugach Policies. Read and comply with all Chugach Electric Culinary Standard Operating Procedures.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The head cook is responsible for the maintenance of the meal/feeding program at Beluga Power Plant, which includes but not limited to: compliance with all regulations set by the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, Chugach policy and safety regulations, menu, nutritional balance, preparation, ordering, receiving stock and stock rotation.
