Handyman

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician or Handyman/Women to maintain 10 housing properties for our small health facility (non ER or Hospital).

Duties

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building and grounds.

- Conduct plumbing, painting and patching repairs.

- Maintains housing upkeep.

- Works with vendors when needed.

- Knowledgable with HVAC maintenance is a plus, but not required.

Shift: 6am or 7am flexible start time, Monday to Friday. 40 hour work schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
