Handyman-Carpenter for Commercial Properties - Facility Repair Maintenance

We seek self-motivated individuals to join our team and tackle a range of maintenance and repair tasks for our clients and building owners in the area of Concord.

Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

· Installing and repairing ceiling tiles

· Patching concrete and asphalt

· Curb painting and stenciling

· Installing and repairing doors

· Drywall installation, framing, and repairs

· Flooring installation and repairs

· Replacing light fixtures and ballasts

· Performing minor electrical repairs

· Patching and painting

· Basic plumbing repairs

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction or building maintenance.

· Must have your own tools and reliable transportation

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to work at multiple sites within the Greater Bay Area (Concord-based)

· Must pass all Pre-Hire Screenings and present verifiable documentation upon consideration

Job Details:

· Type: Part-time (Floater / On-Call, As Needed)

· Pay: $35/hour

· Work Environment: In-person, various commercial locations
