Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of repair and maintenance skills, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve various issues in residential and commercial settings. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional.
Duties
•
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
•
Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify problems or necessary repairs.
•
Respond promptly to service requests and complete repairs efficiently.
•
Use tools and equipment safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
•
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
•
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
Skills
•
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
•
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
•
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
•
Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
