About The Role

Radiant is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a visual storyteller, creating compelling graphics and multimedia content that effectively communicate Radiant’s groundbreaking work to a broad audience. You will be responsible for designing digital assets, print materials, social media content, presentations, and videos that highlight our technological innovations and company culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative eye, excellent technical skills, and the ability to adapt messaging across various channels and formats. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a pioneering company at the forefront of clean energy technology, helping to shape public perception and stakeholder engagement through impactful visual content.

Qualifications

- 2-5+ years of experience in graphic design or related creative roles

- Proven portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, and video production skills

- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

- Experience with video editing software including Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft technical and accessible narratives

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Passion for science, technology, and storytelling, with experience in energy, engineering, or complex tech sectors a plus

Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, infographics, layouts, and digital media to support marketing and internal communications

- Develop compelling captions, headlines, and narratives tailored to specific channels and audiences

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit photo and multimedia content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram

- Capture Radiant’s innovative culture through polished designs and behind-the-scenes content

- Monitor content performance and stay updated with current creative trends and best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
