Are you a compensation professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Copeland is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the execution and analysis of compensation programs that help attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Reporting to the Manager of Global Compensation, you will contribute to global compensation initiatives and provide analytical support that drives decision-making and process optimization.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office in

at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
