Company Overview:
We are a custom steel fabricator specializing in medium-to-heavy steel fabrications for regional OEMs. Our facility operates with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. We're looking for high-energy individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Perform general labor operations within a steel fabrication shop
•
Handle materials including loading and unloading steel components
•
Grind, blast, and paint fabricated steel parts as needed
•
Operate various shop equipment such as band saws and radial drills
•
Assist with maintaining equipment and overall cleanliness of the shop
•
Support fabrication and welding processes as needed
•
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
•
Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a hands-on environment
•
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
•
Forklift operation experience required
•
Familiarity with welding processes is a plus
•
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
•
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
