General Laborer

$15-$25 per hour DOE

Seeking General Laborer to join our fast-paced team. This person will partake in a range of generalized tasks such as: picking up or dropping off materials, traveling to job sites to deliver/pick up materials, traveling to job sites to perform labor tasks, etc.

Position Responsibilities May Include, but are not Limited to:

· Maintain written daily log with photos of activities on the jobsite throughout the work period.

· Ensure the job site is kept in a clean and organized manner and up to safety standards.

Qualifications

· Ability to communicate with team clearly, effectively, and calmly.

· Proficient in operating a laptop, an iPhone, and a printer/scanner.

· Must be able to work in stressful situations.

· Able to work alone and be self-motivated.

· Able to work remotely.

· Must have the endurance and strength to consistently walk the entire jobsite, including stairs or elevated structures.

· Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, walk jobsites with ease, and bend/stoop as needed.

· Ability to lift or maneuver heavy objects without accommodation.

· Must maintain confidentiality.

· Must project and promote positive morale.

Minimum Requirements

· Excellent attention to detail and facility with numbers.

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy job site environment.

· Good judgement, logic, and ability to learn new things quickly.

· Familiar with plan reading.

· Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Procore.

· A valid driver’s license and insurable driving history are required.

· Able to work in the outdoors in all types of weather.

· Able to walk, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods, at times in small spaces. Work occurs on ladders, scaffolds, and other above ground locations.

· Employees may be exposed to dust, fumes, noise, and unpleasant variation in temperature.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
