Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Prior construction or related labor experience preferred.

Physically capable of performing manual labor in varying weather conditions.

Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Must pass a background check (required for some job sites).

Strong commitment to safety practices.

Valid Colorado Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
