Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our projects. As a Laborer, you will work in various environments, assisting with physical labor and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized.
Responsibilities
•
Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
•
Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties and follow instructions to ensure project completion.
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are organized.
•
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
•
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
•
Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
•
Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas.
Requirements
•
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
•
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
•
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
•
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift
•
12 hour shift
•
Weekends as needed
