General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and safety oriented. Must be willing to work in outdoor all-weather conditions. Must be willing to work overtime! Workday is 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday and 7:30am-12pm Saturdays. Time and a half for overtime hours.

Qualifications:

-Must report for work at 7:30am. Repeated tardiness will not be tolerated.

-MUST posses proper attire for all weather conditions. Steel toe boots an absolute must!

-Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays (as needed) from 7:30am-12pm. Job requires 47+ hours a week. Overtime paid at time and a half.

-Must have verifiable work history. Requires good phone numbers and supervisor information.

Duties:

- assist with loading and unloading materials

- processing and dismantling various metals

- yard cleanup and maintenance

- other general physical labor duties in a safe and effective manner

- prior experience in scrap environment is a plus

- knowledge of various metals and the ability to distinguish the difference

- proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
