Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are organized, clean, and efficient.
Responsibilities
•
Assist in the setup and breakdown of work sites, including moving materials and equipment as needed.
•
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting and carrying materials.
•
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
•
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
•
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Experience
•
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
•
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
•
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
•
