General Helper / Installer/ Driver

Wanted : General helper / shipper/ Installer required to work with a manufacturing company which manufactures and installs walkin coolers and freezers. Most deliveries and installations are in Calgary area but we do get some out of town deliveries and installations are required.All jobs we always send out installers out in teams of 2-3 people together Depending on the size of the job. Our primary focus is local Jobs.

if out of town jobs are required they are usually in Alberta and overnight trips at most.

Currently that happens once per 2-3 months at best . Usually its Red Deer or Edmonton.

Preference will be given to potential applicants that have done field installations and understand their way around construction sites.

Must have own steel toe boots.

If you have fall arrest, forklift license its a benefit but not required. We will most likely get you signed up to receive.

Must have a valid AB driver’s license and be insurable while using company vehicles. You will be required to drive company truck to and from jobsite with another employee (s). Must have a clean driving record. Drivers abstract might be required by our insurance company.

Must have own transportation to and from the panel shop where most days we begin.

Must know how to read/ write dimensions and know how to use a tape measure. Must know how to use conventional tools like hand metal aviation snips, metal nibblers.

Must be able to work hard , be dedicated to the job, honest worker and polite with your clients and coworkers . You must be a self motivated person. Must clearly speak and read english .

Our field is very specialized and we must present ourselves professionally and are a drug free company and will not tolerate otherwise while representing our company in the field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
