Job Summary
The Driver position is crucial to our operations, primarily responsible for loading and hauling engine and compressor components over the road. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, maintain a professional appearance, and exhibit excellent customer service skills while adhering to all DOT regulations. A Class A CDL and DOT health card are required, along with a clean driving record.
Duties
Familiarity with over-the-road trucking related to loading and hauling engine and compressor components.
Required Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Experience in loading and securing irregular shape loads on flatbed trucks or trailers.

•Drive trucks to various locations within the continental United States for pick-up and delivery.
•Coordinate return dates, handle special requests, and manage paperwork with customers on location.
•Report any customer remarks or feedback to management promptly.
•Fill out daily logbook accurately.
•Maintain trucks and trailers according to DOT operating standards.
•Complete quarterly IFTA reports.
•Schedule annual inspections by DOT-approved personnel.
•Keep records of scheduled biannual personal physicals.
•Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of trucks and trailers.
•Assist in completing special projects throughout the shop as time and workload allow.
•Perform ground keeping duties.
•Assist in preparing items for shipment, such as wood covers, wrapping, and building stands.
•Perform additional duties as assigned.
