The Gas Scheduler is responsible for tracking, managing volumes, and has daily involvement with operations and producers.
- Manages natural gas allocations between various points/customers on a daily and monthly basis.
- Accounts for loss and unaccounted for gas volumes daily.
- Prepares daily imbalance information to share with producers.
- Regularly reviews Operational Balancing Agreement information.
- Interacts daily with producers, downstream pipelines, and operations.
- Responds to both internal and external customer inquiries.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Comprehensive understanding of the natural gas industry, including supply chains, scheduling processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in efficiently scheduling and allocating natural gas volumes among various points and customers.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decisive decision-making in scheduling operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail in tracking, managing, and reconciling gas volumes and financial accounts.
- Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Proficient problem-solving ability to address scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing scheduling tasks and responsibilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent industry and scheduling experience
