Gas Fuser

Job Overview Tx Future Excavation is seeking a skilled Gas Fuser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and will be responsible for assembling and fusing gas pipelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes. This person will install, repairs, and maintains natural gas distribution systems. Plastic piping, using various fusion techniques to join pipes and fittings. Gas Fuser's are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of natural gas to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This role involves working in a construction or manufacturing environment where precision and safety are paramount.

- This includes heat fusion machines for plastic pipes and other tools for joining and connecting gas lines.

- Ensuring the integrity of gas lines by performing pressure tests, leak checks, and other quality assurance measures.

- May operate equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and trenchers to dig and prepare trenches for gas lines

- Fuse 2 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch poly pipe for natural gas

- Butt Fusing, Electro Fusing & Saddle Fusing

- Conduct pipe threading and tube bending as required for project specifications.

- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
