About This Job

RamClean is looking for an experienced lead supervisor to oversee our staff at an account located in Decatur, IL .

Responsibilities include:

•

Assist the Director of Operations and Operations Managers with supervisory tasks

•

Ensure that buildings are cleaned to client satisfaction

•

Perform inspections on client buildings

•

Monitor stock of cleaning supplies

•

Assist with rotation of cleaning equipment such as mop heads / towels

•

Help clean account to cover for call offs and time off

•

Assist with onboarding and training of new cleaning staff

•

Manage a team of our staff

Required

•

2-5 years of experience as a commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian

•

At least a year of experience as supervisor or manager

•

Fluent in English

•

Reliable phone and ability to use our commercial janitorial mobile app

•

Capable of using email and quickly communicating messages to staff.

•

Ability to effectively communicate with cleaners, managers and clients

•

Valid driver's license and good driving record to be able to drive a company vehicle at site only.

•

50+ hours per week. Some weekend work is required

•

Flexible schedule is a must

Preferred

•

2-5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a commercial cleaning or facilities services company.

Compensation

•

$55,000 per year salary

•

2 weeks paid time off

•

Health insurance option after 60 days.
