We are seeking a Experienced Crew Foreman to join our Calgary Team utility installation team. This pivotal role involves overseeing construction projects and ensuring they align with our mission of quality and efficiency. Some Hands on work will be required as needed, The Crew Foreman will play a crucial part in driving our projects forward and maintaining our high standards. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure project timelines are met.

- Coordinate daily activities on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Manage project resources effectively, including materials and labor.

- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards.

- Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals.

- Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills.

- Review blueprints and schematics for accurate execution of projects.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar supervisory role in construction, including Experience in HDD

- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Responsible to review and fully understand civil construction drawings and locates and their implications on the installation and completion of all conduits to be installed on the project.

- Responsible to review and fully understand RPB expectations and client standards and specifications surrounding conduit installation.

- Responsible for providing professional, clear and concise direction to crew members as necessary.

- Coordinate and lead work location walk-through with team, reviewing project drawings and locates and helping to ensure all underground facilities are verified and accounted for.

- Responsible for effective communication with to ensure all works undertaken adheres to RPB expectations and client specifications and standards with minimal to no re-work required.

Job to Commence as soon as Possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
