Flushby Swamper

Boss Vac is a local company to the Macklin, Sk area. With 12 years in business, we have created a long lasting customer base through hard work and perseverance.

We are currently looking for a class 5 flushby swamper for Macklin, Sk. Must be hard working and in good physical shape. Hours can be long and work can be hard. Must be able to lift 30 lbs elevators throughout the day. Flushby work generally consists of repairing broken continuous rod but also some days of seal changes, flushes, and other surface work. Must have respect for flushby operator and work as a team. Housing can be included if workers are from out of town but we do not pay LOA.

Pay:

- Pay range is between $25-$30/hour to start

- Pay raises can start after 3 months if shown good work/safety practices

- Overtime after 8 hours per day

- Benefits after 3 months of work

- 10 on 4 off shift

- Housing can be included if from out of area

- No LOA and no company vehicle provided

Description of Work:

- Fish and repair continuous rod

- Seal changes

- Flushing tubing

- Top drive changes

- Loading and unloading fluid

- Working alongside flushby operator

Other Duty’s:

- Performing pre trip inspections

- General maintenance (oil changes/greasing)

- Completing pre job FLHA

- Washing equipment at least once per week and when necessary
