8:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-1:00am
weekend hours only
Responsibilities:
•Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial settings
•Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
•Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and stains
•Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning products and techniques
•Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment
•Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
•Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
•Assist with other custodial duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
•Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely
•Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for proper floor maintenance
•Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
•Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required for the job
•Excellent communication skills to interact with team members
•Must have reliable transportation and dependable.
