Administrar el Plan del Capital para proyectos de inversion para los proximos 5 años de proyectos locales.

Preparar presupuesto anual de Proyectos de Capital(Locales) y la depreciacion de proyectos(locales y extranjeros).

Dar seguimiento a creacion de Formato de aprobacion de proyectos(AR) con los lideres, brindar apoyo segun se requiera por parte de lideres y corporativo.

Aprobacion de Requisiciones de Ordenes de Compra para proyectos de Capital, revision de presupuesto, asignacion de categorias de activos y numero de proyecto.

Junta Mensual con Gerentes para dar seguimientos a proyectos de Capital a su vez se prepara reporte mensual Presupuesto vs Actuales para medir el flujo de fondos.

Control de proyectos en Construccion en proceso diaro/semanal, conciliacion con reporte de Importaciones.

Seguimiento con lideres de proyectos en construccion en proceso para su capitalizacion unidades de negocios Americanas y Mexicanas.

Capitalizacion de proyectos, toma de evidencia fisica de equipos, servicios realizados, etc..

Conciliacion mensual de cuentas de Adiciones de Activos Fijos, Construccion en Proceso y Depreciacion.

Cedulas de auditoria de Adiciones de Activos Fijos, Construccion en proceso y Depreciacion.

Inventario Fisico de Activos fijos una vez al año.

Seguimiento a disposicion de Activos Fijos, ya sea por venta o por baja de equipos obsoletos.

Soporte a requerimientos de personal de Corporativo segun se requiera.

Soporte de requerimientos de Auditoria Interna y externa, Cumplimiento, Servicio de administracion Tributaria, etc..

Hacer,realizar y analizar registros contables segun se requieran y llenado de las cedulas de auditoria para fines fiscales.

Realizar reporte mensual de Propiedades, Planta y Equipo(PPE).

Realizar reporte Moneda Funcional no local(NLF) entidades mexicanas.

Promover Estados Financieros a Nivel 2 mensualmente, a su vez analizar y revisar si existen discrepancias al momento de validar, trato con equipo local y corporativo.
