Job Description
Come and join the Asset Management and Business Analytics team. We are looking for creative individuals who want to build Avista’s analytical and Asset Management Capabilities. This is an opportunity to take on new challenges and work cross-functionally to drive change and solve business problems using the power of data. In addition to collecting, analyzing and reporting data, you will be responsible for creating asset management plans for utility infrastructure assets based on risk and economic inputs and recommend maintenance and replacement strategies.
Duties are related to defining business needs, understanding current-state environments, and helping to champion change initiatives. Additional duties include facilitating discussions, gathering and using data to research, analyze, design, test and evolve solutions, and assisting and leading as needed through change to future-state environments.
Analyst I:
Starting Range: $27.67 - $35.56 per hour, Full Range: $27.67 - $43.45 per hour, Non-Exempt
Analyst II:
Starting Range: $74,610.72 - $96,621, Full Range: $74,611 - $118,631, Exempt
Analyst III:
Starting Range: $84,939 - $110,421, Full Range: $84,939 - $135,903, Exempt
Other Combinations Of Education And Experience May Be Considered. Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with an additional day determined by the employee and manager.
