Duties will include – inspection, maintenance, and installation of fire protection systems. Systems include water-based systems (sprinklers, fire hydrants, fire monitors, fire pumps, etc), detection/fire alarm systems, suppression systems, fire extinguishers, etc.
Any applicable experience in the fields/trades will be considered.
Some travel may be required.
Work is in the industrial sector at or on chemical, LNG, Petro-chemical and industrial sites.
Ideally a candidate will have state licenses and/or NICET certification (Louisiana or Texas), NICET certifications and possibly factory system(s) training.
Pay will range depending on experience and licenses and/or certifications. $18 - $40 per hour.
