Position Summary
The Finance Transformation Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the transformation initiatives deliver measurable cash impact, and that this impact is assessed accurately and consistently.
Duties & Responsibilities•Supports executive team in setting overall Transformation targets and overseeing appropriate resource allocation
•Translates targets effectively
•Works with Initiative Owners and Finance teams to ensure a consistent approach to valuation of initiative impact
•Leads financial tracking of progress against commitments
•Segregates the financial impact of the Transformation from baseline performance
•Supports CFO in integration of Transformation commitments with Budgets
•Performs trend analysis to forecast future monthly impacts
•Resolve emerging issues or take advantage of positive trends
•Anticipates and recommends solutions for financial issues that arise
•Resolves resource allocation, project management, financial and risk issues together with the TO lead, Initiative Owners, Workstream Leads, Workstream Sponsors
Education & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management at a client or a similar position in other organizations.

•Deep understanding of practices in accounting and finance
•Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics
•Ability to proactively forecast initiative results and make recommendations to keep initiatives on or ahead of track
•Strong analytical capabilities
•Strong communication skills
•A true self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated financial tasks within the Transformation
•Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements
•Employee must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have use of arms and hands in repetitive motion. A fair amount of standing and walking is also required for the position.
