Overview
Job Description:
•Responsible for consistent development of financial analysis in support of PS strategy development, working closely with the PS Strategy team, PS teams, BAR and various support functions (ie Tax, Treasurers, Controllers, Law) at local/regional/global level
•Ensures a consistent economic evaluation of opportunities throughout strategy development and project execution
•Coordinates/leads economic assessments of regional/global strategic initiatives
•Provides economic analysis, information, data and metrics for global/regional mgmt to make informed decisions (portfolio, prioritizations, KPI progress, potential staffing needs, budget changes)
•Understands Nuvolo, Genetec, FindMe, Connexion, UDM, and Sequenta to provide key data required for economic analysis
•Provides material/data to regions in support of Business Line inquiries
•Supports and works with regions on data requests or tool enhancements to be brought to or rolled-out from the Global Strategy and Support Team
•Supports BAR with Planning and Budgeting Process
•Provides support on CAPEX and OPEX requirements
•Utilizes global data through collaboration with the Global Strategy and Support team in the automatization of processes with the E&PS Digital team, EMIT and the Global Business Centers
•Provides information, data, and guidance for Global Property Solutions Strategy Manager to make informed decisions
•Assists regional strategists with strategy development activities in region
•Fully understands all aspects of the E&PS Strategic Framework, and corresponding economic requirements
•University degree, preferably in engineering, sciences, or business
•Preferred strong business understanding of E&PS Must Wins
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Effective written and oral communication skills
•Good quality of work performance such as completeness, freedom from errors, analytical soundness, creation of useful work products, etc.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Query) as well as understanding of Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
•Knowledge of company Control Policies & Procedures (OIMS, CIMS, LPS)
•Sound business judgment and ability to make timely decisions
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Baschelors degree in Finance
