The Opportunity:
As a Field Supervisor at Lifting Solutions, you will play a leadership role in overseeing field operations, ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to our clients. You will manage field crews, coordinate job execution, monitor safety and quality performance, and maintain strong client relationships. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to field service excellence.
Responsibilities:
In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field service operations, including scheduling, equipment mobilization, and job execution.
- Lead field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, job procedures, and regulatory compliance at all field locations.
- Provide field training, mentorship, and support to field personnel to ensure continuous skill development.
- Document service activities, maintain accurate field records, and report on operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve field processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of field operations or field supervision experience in oil and gas, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex field activities and manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Microsoft NAV experience is an asset.
- Ability to travel regularly to field locations and work flexible hours as needed.
