We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Flooring Field Supervisor to join our team
Qualifications
•
3 years+ Proven experience in commercial construction project management
•
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
•
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
•
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage teams
•
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Responsibilities
•
As a field supervisor,you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial flooring projects
•
This is a key leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management principles
•
Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility
•
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met
•
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
•
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
•
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery
•
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
•
Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and submittals
•
Communicate regularly with project manager to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
•
8 hour shift
•
Monday to Friday
•
Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
